A different approach

Incentive to a dialogue between companies, organisations and academia

Priority is given to knowledge exchange, networking and learning from the experience of others. The format of the symposium therefore consists mainly of different types of interactive workshop sessions and structured exchange of experience among participants. Examples are:

- Life Cycle Market place, guided tours of tools used in life cycle thinking, and interactive plenum sessions on eco-design analysis and synthesis.

High priority is also given to presentations of industrial experience from work with life cycle thinking. A special session is targeted PhD-students.

Prolonged breaks between sessions provide an excellent opportunity to meet other professionals e.g. at the Life Cycle Market place.

Gain access to a large pool of life cycle information with relevance to:
- Eco-design
- Eco-labelling and environmental product declarations
- Life Cycle Management
- Integrated Product Policy
- Green procurement and supply chain management
- Marketing of green products
