The Nordic Council of Ministers have supported a project initiated by LCA Center Denmark to establish a Nordic platform for sharing knowledge and experiences within life cycle thinking. Project goals are presented below. • To establish a non-profit multidisciplinary organisation - Dedicated to use, development and dissemination of life cycle approaches    -  Life cycle approaches comprises life cycle thinking, life cycle design, life cycle management, life cycle costs, life cycle assessment, product oriented management etc.   • Create a mutual Nordic platform for all engaged in Integrated Product Policy (IPP) and the use of life cycle approaches - Achieve sustainable development  - Strengthen the international focus on the achievements obtained in this area within the Nordic countries -  Strengthen the Nordic role in the international development The project is funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers.
